Multi-Purpose Leak TesterThese Leak testers are compact self contained systems that can be easily positioned by tow-motor. They feature interchangeable fixtures, stainless steel tank construction, rapid water raise/drain, automatic water make-up, and on-board hydraulics. Multi-Purpose Leak Tester:
FeaturesInterchangeable Fixtures -- These machines are designed to allow for quick, easy fixture change-overs. The fixture tooling can be exchanged for another set within minutes. No PLC programming or system configuration is required from one fixture to the next. Simply drop in place, and connect the few hydraulic lines and the next production run is ready to go. Stainless Steel Tank -- The stainless steel tank construction in combination with a stainless/aluminum fixture eliminates all water hazing caused from tank corrosion. Rapid Cycle Time -- Due to our advanced water displacement system, we can raise and lower the water in under 10 seconds. Combine this with our quick clamping system, typical cycle times (including part loading / unloading and inspection) are below 60 seconds. Optional Filtration -- An optional filtration system is available for implementation in the working environment or the product is contaminated with dirt / debris that would hamper the operator's vision when mixing the water. Maximum Part Visibility -- Due to the advanced fixture design, minimal obstruction is created between the part and the operator. This ensures maximum inspection accuracy. Easily Automated with a Robot -- Part loading / unloading can easily automated by use of a robot. This allows the leak tester to become part of a complete robotic work cell, eliminating any heavy / awkward lifting.
